The Kaizen Custom Jiu-Jitsu Rashguard gives you full control over colors, stitching, side panels, logos, and personalization. Whether you’re repping your team, your flag, or your own style, we’ll help you bring it to life.
We now use a new 2-week custom order system, which helps us keep pricing lower than other brands while still keeping the quality high. Once your design is confirmed, it moves into production within 2 weeks.

How It Works (3 Simple Steps)
Step 1: Place Your Order
Add the Kaizen Custom Jiu-Jitsu Rashguard to your cart and complete checkout.
Step 2: Send Us Your Custom Details
After ordering, message us on Instagram @kaizenbjj.ca or email kaizenco.bjj@outlook.com with your order number, your rashguard base color, stitching color, side panel material (mesh or poly spandex), any personalization like your gym logo, name, or flag, and any artwork files or reference photos you want us to use.
We can create clean, minimal custom designs on our end.
If you want something very specific or highly creative, we will need your exact design or a very detailed reference photo so we can follow it properly.
Step 3: Final Confirmation and 2-Week Production
We confirm your design with you. After you approve it, the rashguard enters our 2-week production queue.
If at the end of the design process you are not happy with any of the designs or mock-ups, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Please note that all custom orders follow our new two-week system. Once you approve your design, your rashguard is added to our upcoming production cycle. We submit custom orders for production every two weeks, and your piece will take 1 to 2 weeks to be created once it enters that cycle.
After production is complete, your order is shipped and typically arrives within 4 to 8 business days.
We appreciate your patience, as each custom rashguard is made to order and carefully checked to meet our quality standards.
